Prateek brings deep global experience with the World Bank, Mandiri, Mastercard, Accion, Monitise, IFC, and others across digital finance, climate & agriculture resilience, mobilizing capital and governance. Prateek holds an MBA from Henley Business School, degrees in Computer Science from the University of Western Sydney, and executive education from MIT and Harvard Business School.

Brad is a three-time fintech CEO (Wave Money, Wing Cambodia, and PayMe HSBC HK). He supports fintech clients with board advisory, strategy development, leadership coaching and fractional executive roles to deliver executable growth plans. specializing in scaling digital financial services platforms.
With prior roles at Visa, IFC, NAB and ANZ, plus board experience across Asia and Africa, Brad brings proven governance, strategy and execution expertise. He holds a Master of Financial Technology (UNSW) and a military leadership background from the Australian Army.
Radhika Shroff

Radhika is strategic advisor for private equity investments at Accendo. She is an accomplished global private markets investor and board director with over 20 years of experience deploying growth equity across climate resilience, financial inclusion, and essential services in both emerging and developed markets. Radhika has helped manage over $1.2bn in assets.
With prior roles at Nuveen, Accion, UBS, Citi, and Wells Fargo, Radhika brings a deep commitment to inclusive investment strategies, especially for technology driven impact. She holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, M.A. in International Studies from UPenn and a B.S. from UPenn.

With prior roles at Reality AI, Kofax, Coherent, Fidelis CyberSecurity, BearingPoint, Actuate, Cisco and IBM, Shriti brings deep experience across SaaS, cybersecurity, optics, technology and partner ecosystems. She holds a Master’s in Strategic Marketing from Kingston University and a Bachelor’s degree from Sophia College, Mumbai University.

With prior roles at Factfin, IFC, CGAP, Bolt Group, Monitise, ANZ and Wing Cambodia, Paul brings deep experience across mobile money, payments, distribution finance, trade credit, fintech partnerships, regulatory licensing and operating model design. With earlier roles at AMDOCS, Nextel/WOM, Practia Consulting and software engineering organizations in Uruguay, Natalia brings deep experience across telecom, financial services, vendor management, PMO design, compliance platforms and enterprise technology delivery. Natalia holds degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of the Republic in Uruguay, certifications including PMP, Certified ScrumMaster and SAFe Agilist, and certifications in AI from MIT.
