Because none of it is written down, colleagues learn the same things again, and the fund has no clear answer when a limited partner asks how it uses AI.
The Intensive is for the individual who wants to change that in their own work. It suits investment associates, portfolio and impact managers, and operations leads who already use an AI assistant and want to apply it across more of the investment lifecycle, with checks they can trust.
Over five hours you mark up where AI could help in your own role, test one stage on your own material, and leave with a view of whether your fund would gain from taking the work further as a team in an AI Circle cohort.

Both days run the same shape. Roughly eighty-five minutes taught, a ten-minute break, then fifty-five minutes of work on your own fund. You finish each day with something you built.

The method is platform-neutral. What changes between assistants is where a function sits and what it is called, not whether the workflow can be run. The teaching is therefore done at the workflow level, and the demonstration is run in Claude so that it stays concrete.
The registration form asks which assistant you use. Every attendee receives an annex naming the ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot equivalent of every function shown. The worked halves of both days run on whatever your organization has already approved, so you are not asked to install anything or to work around an administrator setting during the session.
Set Your Baseline comes before the Intensive. It is a free one-hour session, held on Mondays at 07:00 New York, that sorts out tool access and the interface basics. If you have never set up a project or a skill, take that hour first so the Intensive starts with the setup already done.
An AI Circle cohort comes after it. A cohort takes a fund team through the same eleven stages over nine working sessions in about six weeks, on the fund’s own documents, with up to four team members and twelve months of membership. Cohorts are built for impact fund managers with USD 100 million to USD 500 million in assets under management, counted across all their funds. Teams from five funds completed the first cohort between July and September 2026: SPE Capital, the Accion Digital Transformation Fund, elea, LocFund Next and Shell Foundation.
If your fund takes a cohort place within ninety days of your Intensive, up to two Intensive fees are credited in full against the cohort fee. The credit cannot be combined with a referral code.

Three dates are open. Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 October 2026, Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 November 2026, and Thursday 10 and Friday 11 December 2026. All run 07:00 to 09:30 New York on each of the two mornings. In October that is 06:00 Bogotá, 12:00 London, 14:00 Nairobi, 16:30 Mumbai and 19:00 Singapore. In November and December, after the clocks change in New York and London, it is 07:00 Bogotá, 12:00 London, 15:00 Nairobi, 17:30 Mumbai and 20:00 Singapore. Seats are capped at ten so that everyone has time to work on their own material.
Registration and payment happen together on this form. The fee is USD 750 per person, paid by card at the last step, and includes six months of AI Circle membership. Your seat is confirmed when the payment goes through, and the calendar invitation, the joining link and the platform annex for whichever assistant you use follow within one business day. If none of the dates work, choose that option and the payment step disappears, so you can still tell us to keep you posted.
A seat is for one named person. If you cannot make the dates you booked, tell us before the session starts and we will move you to any later Intensive within ninety days. Fees are not refunded in cash. Registering means you accept our Terms of Service.

You work in your own AI account, and Accendo has no access to it. We recommend a company account on a business or enterprise plan, because commercial plans do not use customer content to train models by default. Before any document goes in, apply a simple test. Public material needs no sign-off. Confidential fund material needs a named partner’s approval. Personal or regulated data is a decision for your legal and compliance team. We are glad to sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before the session.

The Intensive is open to individuals from any fund, accelerator or foundation, and it is the natural starting point for smaller funds and early-stage investors, since AI Circle cohorts are built for managers with USD 100 million to USD 500 million in assets under management. Larger managers usually build AI capability in-house, and Accendo supports them through its advisory services.
