AI Governance Cohort | December
Your Fund’s AI Policy and LP Statement in Three Sessions
Central banks are writing the AI rules for lenders. AI and data rules moved in 14 of the 15 emerging markets we track in 2026, and central banks made six of the eight changes for lenders. LPs have started to ask funds the same question about their own AI use.
Your fund leaves with
- Its own AI policy and data rules, reviewed by Prateek Shrivastava before year end
- A one-page AI governance statement for its LPs, with answers to the AI questions LPs now ask
- A framework and question set for the companies it backs, in a lender track or an equity track
- A guide for its team on open-weight, open-source and closed models
Three 90-minute online sessions on 1, 9 and 15 December, at 07:00 New York | 13:00 Central Europe | 15:00 East Africa | 17:30 India. The next run starts in January.

What your fund builds
Your Fund Builds Its Own AI Operating System
Each fund joins by building its own system on its own deal files: working AI tools for screening, investment papers, monitoring and LP reports, and the rules to govern them. The system stays with the fund when people move on.

- 2Level 1: Skills and prompts

- 3Governance: AI council and rules
